I failed to notice that it is a navy training manual. That is a plus. It is an awesome book. Not one of those "water and pipe analogy" pieces of crap books. Highly recommended. It is making electricity understandable for once. It has even untaught me that water/pipe crap. BUY! READ!
Arrived quickly and in excellent condition. I already previously purchased the naval guide for mechanics and found it really easy to follow and full of really clear and useful information, so I looked around for one on electricity too and was very happy to see they had put one out for electricity. I was pleasantly surprised to find this guide is even more comprehensive. Highly recommend.

Still the most comprehensive book on the fundamentals of electricity, They used to make all kinds of instructional books and videos for the military, back when they were completely self sufficient. This is one of those books. No need for anything else.
This is well written and thorough enough to make the overall subject and its topics graspable to a beginner like me. There is plenty of information in there.
Great book, really gets to what you need to know. Helps you understand the basics of electricity and the applications to it, very valuable. Much better than most college level books. Have a bachelors in engineering and this was better than any course book I read.
